Hi, I’m Quanaisha, a professional visual artist and experienced art educator with over 11 years of teaching experience. My work has been exhibited in galleries throughout New York City, and I specialize in painting, drawing, mixed media, and creative expression. I believe art is a powerful way to build confidence, tell stories, and connect with others.
As a teacher, I’m patient, encouraging, and dedicated to helping every student reach their creative potential. I tailor each lesson to your individual goals, whether you’re a beginner exploring art for the first time or an experienced artist looking to refine your skills. My goal is to make learning enjoyable, inspiring, and rewarding while helping you develop both strong artistic techniques and confidence in your own creative voice.

Art is more than learning techniques—it’s about building confidence, creativity, and finding your own unique voice. Whether you’re picking up a paintbrush for the first time or looking to strengthen your skills, I create a welcoming and encouraging environment where every student can grow at their own pace.
With over 11 years of teaching experience and as a professional exhibiting artist, I personalize each lesson to match your goals, interests, and skill level. Together we’ll explore drawing, acrylic painting, watercolor, mixed media, color theory, composition, and creative expression while developing strong artistic foundations.
My lessons are fun, engaging, and designed to help you feel inspired—not intimidated. I believe everyone has the ability to create beautiful art, and I’m passionate about helping students discover their potential while enjoying the creative journey. By the end of our lessons, you’ll leave with new skills, greater confidence, and artwork you’ll be proud of.
