About Alisha
Hi! I'm Alisha, and baking has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I learned baking from my mother, who learned from her father—a well-known baker from Goa. My grandfather founded a bakery that has been serving customers for over 50 years, and his passion for baking has been passed down through generations.
I started baking at the age of 8 and have spent years learning, experimenting, and developing my skills through hands-on experience. From cakes and cupcakes to cookies, brownies, and desserts, baking has always been more than a hobby for me—it's a family tradition.
My classes focus on practical learning in a friendly and supportive environment. I enjoy helping beginners build confidence in the kitchen and showing that great baking doesn't have to be complicated.
Whether you're learning for fun, for family, or with dreams of starting your own baking journey, I'd love to share the knowledge and techniques passed down through generations of bakers.

My classes focus on hands-on, practical learning. During each session, I will demonstrate the recipe live while explaining every step, technique, and ingredient used. Students can bake along with me in real time, ask questions throughout the process, and receive guidance whenever needed.
I teach beginner-friendly recipes such as cakes, brownies, cookies, cupcakes, and basic frosting techniques. Along with the recipe itself, I explain common mistakes, troubleshooting tips, and baking fundamentals to help students become confident bakers.
My goal is to make baking simple, enjoyable, and easy to understand, regardless of your prior experience.
