About Swapnil

If you’re considering learning photography with me, I want you to know that I take teaching and mentorship very seriously.

For more than 12 years I’ve worked professionally in visual design and photography, collaborating with major artists and organizers across India and building a career around visual storytelling. Photography for me has never been just a hobby — it’s something I’ve practiced, refined, and relied on professionally for over a decade.

Because of this experience, I approach teaching with the same level of professionalism, structure, and commitment that I bring to my own work.

When you learn with me, you can expect:

• Clear and structured lessons so you actually understand the concepts, not just memorize settings
• Honest and constructive feedback to help you improve faster
• Practical techniques and real-world workflows used by working creatives
• A supportive learning environment where questions and experimentation are always encouraged

My goal isn’t just to show you how a camera works.

My goal is to help you become confident in your own creative decisions and develop the ability to create strong photographs independently.

Every student learns differently, and I respect that. I’m patient, committed, and invested in seeing my students grow.

If you decide to learn with me, you’re not just signing up for a class — you’re entering a mentorship where your progress genuinely matters.

Photography today is not just about owning a good camera. It’s about how you see the world and how you translate that vision into an image.

Over the past 11+ years, I’ve worked professionally as a visual designer and photographer, creating work for major artists and organizers in India, while also documenting stories during my travels.

Through this journey, I’ve learned that the biggest difference between an average photo and a powerful one is understanding light, composition, and storytelling.

If you learn with me, I won’t just teach you technical settings like aperture, shutter speed, or Lightroom sliders.

I’ll teach you how to think like a photographer.

What you’ll learn:
• How to see and compose powerful photographs
• Mastering natural light and difficult lighting situations
• Portrait, travel, and storytelling photography
• Professional photo editing techniques (the same workflow I use)
• Color grading and visual style development
• How to create images that actually stand out online

Whether you’re a complete beginner, a traveler who wants better photos, or someone who wants to build a creative portfolio, my goal is simple: to help you develop your own visual voice.

Photography changed the way I see the world.

If you’re curious to explore that perspective too, I’d be happy to guide you.
