Italian culinary connoisseur. I have been cooking and perfecting recipes over the last decade. Having lived in various countries I have been able to identify the right ingredients to help ensure that regardless of where you live you will still achieve outstanding results each and every time. By relying only on fresh ingredients and avoiding canned/processed alternatives you can be sure to always have access to the right things.

About the lesson

Join me and I will teach you to make amazing Italian dishes from scratch. Dishes which have been perfected over years of trial and error. You won't need any fancy tools as most recipes can be completed by hand and things already present in most kitchens.
