About Gautam
Chef Gautam is currently working as Head chef in a Modern Indian restaurant in North London, UK. He has completed his hotel management education from IHM Guwahati 2003. He has began his career with Radisson White Sands resorts , Goa and never looked back after that. In his 16+ years of career, he has worked with reputed International hotel chains like Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, Intercontinental,The grand Resort Goa etc. He has worked in 7 different countries -Dubai (UAE) , Oman , Italy , France , UK , Zambia,Ghana (Africa) , Switzerland
Chef Gautam is a skilled culinary professional recognized for a comprehensive knowledge of international and Indian cuisine. Apart from this, he has performed responsibilities related to kitchen operation, Banquet kitchen and Pre-opening restaurant kitchen management. As a consultant, he has also worked on various menu planning projects in Africa, Pondecerry, Chennai, and Oman. Recently he has attended a 'restaurant star chef ' competition on one of the reputed tv channels in the UK.
With firm management skills, he is brilliant enough to undertake new tasks and complete them perfectly. Chef Gautam constantly guides and trains junior chefs to achieve efficiency on every menu and inspires them to master the art. Passionate about food, he keeps exploring various new ingredients to create an innovative recipe and present it to food lovers.
