About Mariana
I am a certified vinyasa Soul Yoga teacher by Alejandro Quiyono and I have over three years of experience teaching group classes in yoga studios. Currently I teach online classes and organize yoga and wellness experiences in Mexico. My purpose is to help my students create a happier, more loving and compassionate life through the practice of yoga.

My classes focus on the student's integral development to bring harmony and wellness to their life. We start with meditation to bring the mind to the present, relaxing the body and releasing stagnated stress. In the second part, we will work on a sequence of postures to improve body self-awareness, strength, balance, mobility, and flexibility. Lastly, we will close our session with a breathing exercise that will help to regulate the nervous system and induce calmness and relaxation in the body.
