I first start out by taking time to understand the goals of each student and customise tutoring to help them achieve their personal goals. I seek to offer perspective and give the student the tools they need to continue learning independently.
When trying to explain something to someone, I always try to understand how they think. Everyone has a different way of thinking and solving problems so I try to adapt to the learner. How I will organise my lessons will depend on the level of knowledge of each student.

My teaching method is to focus most on topics which students are struggling with as well as reinforcing topics in which they excel
I base my teaching methods on the individual and use whatever they find helpful to teach them what I know.

I have received the third academic position in the department for my Undergraduate degree. I have always been great at academics, and a regular debater. I believe that I can use my experience in Biotechnology and the physical sciences to create a more student friendly environment. I have also received a really good TOEFL score (111/120).
