I tutored 1:1 GCSE maths and science whilst I was studying for my A levels in Exmouth. I am willing to tutor any level in most subjects. I believe I have a calm and patient approach to tutoring, as people learn in different ways which should always be acknowledged. I like to search for the best way for the student to understand a concept, otherwise it does not help them reach their potential.
I offer lessons up to the BSC level 10 and can provide in person or video tutoring. To get the most out of the session, I require students to provide me with their syllabus, current lecture content (powerpoints, handouts, etc), and questions. I find it best for us both to prepare before each session and I expect my students to be willing to put in the work as well.
Currently the proud teacher of 3 GCSE science and 2 A level physics classes. All students are either on or above their current target grade.
I am a firm believer in practise makes perfect. So I teach by going through questions relevant to the specification to identify any gaps in knowledge and help you to understand and consolidate your knowledge. I then help and support you to answer some example questions to help you to develop the thought process to tackle similar questions in exams.
I created my own worked solutions to the weekly problem sheets, so I was able to explain clearly the process of finding the answer from the starting information, and target my teaching to the steps my tutees had difficulties with. I also supplemented the university's teaching materials with physical models I produced myself.
I am a PhD student at the University of Exeter researching the use of human genetics to help inform the drug discovery pipeline in collaboration with Glaxo Smith Klein, the drug company.
My methodology for teaching comes from the Performing Arts, where most work is hands-on and gets down to the dirt. As such, I focus on nailing details within topics and courses as well as the basics that can sometimes be complex. I work on a one-to-one basis with study sessions that are tailored to the student so that they can learn in the best possible way for them.
i am currently a year 2 undergraduate. I finished my high school courses in China and I further my study in UK, starting from A level. I gave lessons to my course mates, my siblings, and I started gave lessons outside since last year. I am enthusiastic with science and I will inspire my student.

I am currently studying for a BSc in Medical Sciences. I have A-levels in Biology, Maths and Chemistry. I am by no means a professional tutor, just a friendly student offering help with these subjects. If you want some cheap, personal tutoring, I'm your man.
I believe that every student has the potential to succeed and so I will equip you with enough knowledge to attempt the problems and then will provide constructive feedback in order to perfect your knowledge and learn from everything you do.
My teaching method is very logical, much like the subject I wish to teach! I stick to the syllabus that you will be assessed on, beginning with the basics so you start with a solid understanding and then going into more detail to ensure you thoroughly grasp all the key concepts.
I have developed a teaching style that can accommodate students of all different abilities and explain difficult topics by breaking them down to simpler, more understandable concepts. Also I am adaptable to meet the needs of my students.
I completed my Ph.D. in 2017 in biological & environmental engineering. I also have a Bachelors (B.Sc.) and a Masters (M.Sc.) in chemistry as well as masters of engineering (M.Eng.
I am a current physics student at The University of Exeter who is about to start their second year. I would like to tutor any age or year group up to and including A Level for physics, maths or related subjects. I am very patient and good at explaining concepts that can be difficult to grasp first time in a classroom.
