My teaching method is breaking down points for the students to grasp the basic knowledge. I include audiovisual ways to pass the information along with necessary social media inclusions. I also believe in one-to-one interaction with the students. I believe in formative assessments.
I assess my students at first to get an idea of what level they are currently working at, before teaching them. Then begin with my lesson. Lessons are 30-60 minutes long which is enough time for a single lesson to take place. I wish to give confidence and new skills to students. I can help with Homework and revision.
My teaching methods mainly focus on the individual. So for example, I believe no one method is for everyone so I change how I teach things depending on the student.
I teach primary school students from year two to year six. I work by basing lessons on the National Curriculum and helping the students through practice tests, difficult topics at school, homework they may be struggling with, or new topics in preparation for the next year. I start by seeing which topics the student is comfortable with to help them develop in more difficult areas.
I intend to see the style that my student used and based on that, make any recommendations with regard to the structure and language
I am a qualfied teacher who has worked with children for 15 years. I tutor 3-7 year olds with phonics, reading, writing, maths, social interaction, language development (DLD), behaviour and physical development including SEN.
I adhere to the idea of leading students to finding the answers by themselves rather than simply giving them ready made answers. My students take an active part in the lesson which is always differentiated to suit their personal learning style .
I like to take a relaxed and calm approach, because I think people learn best at their own pace and when they feel comfortable.
My teaching method is based on communication and passion. I have spent a lot of time thus far teaching and have ergo accrued a knowledge of what students are really struggling with, especially when it comes to writing. Communication is key.
