hey guys , lets learn in a friendly way ...
My area of interest in teaching is mainly related to mathematics and physics upto university level. My teaching methodology is somehow unique as I always love to play with the basics. Being a Civil engineer, I am very well aware of the importance of FOUNDATION in a building construction. Thats why I always try to make foundation strong and then eract the whole knowledge building.
I am a PhD research scholar in ASSMS and had taught many Mathematics courses at undergraduate level in different universities as visiting lecturer. Methodology: Firstly I elaborate an example step by step to explain the theory and then we start lecture.
I am Muhammad Anas Khalid. I am a tutor and i used to teach all science subjects of secondry and primary school students. Teaching is my hobby and It is my goal to become a Professor in Future because I take interest in teaching. My goal is to teach students using examples of new gadgets and invention. I prefer learning instead of memorization.
I tutored for more than 10 years in an education centre in London. I tutored groups and we covered different subjects a week. I found that within a group it is more effective to focus on topics. With one to one, I’m open to tailoring lessons to suit the student.
I am a current student who excels at maths already and I want to share my knowledge with other mathematicians. I can tutor and help children with any area of lower school maths so that they're ready for their exams.
Mathematics in particular is often taught as a series of methods and facts to be remembered; nothing could be further from the truth. I work with my tutees to make maths accessible at their level, and to help them appreciate the beauty of mathematics as a language for the world around us. My focus is on increasing confidence through increasing understanding of the subject matter.
I have taught 5 students. One in health and social care, 2 at gcse English and one at gcse maths. All of which have passed their exams. I am fun, fair and patient and try my best to look at things in different ways and try to simplify things. I try my best to turn maths into real life situations it makes learning maths more acceptable if children can see where they will use it in the futures.
I would approach topics that are being struggled in as well as keeping confidence in topics being done well.
My focus is GCSE but I am willing to help those doing IB/A level studies as well. My approach is very catered to the specific child I want to be able to ensure the child is able to follow and understand the content and make significant progress in their studies. I utilize as many resources as I can available to me to ensure lessons are interesting and useful to students studies.
I structure all my lessons to the individual student, I plan around each students, needs, ability and capability, with the aim to achieve and get more confident in all lessons, with me and at school, no pressure is used, just fun. I use a mixture of games and worksheets to make learning interesting and fun. I have SEN experience and welcome anybody with SEN.
I am a Student starting my GCSEs and looking for the experience of teaching. My methods will contain me: - Walking through and showing you how to do anything you don't know or are confused about.
College student currently studying A2 Maths, Physics and Further Maths, tutoring I/GCSE or below level students. Happy to teach at home (Inkpen, 15-20 mins from Hungerford or Newbury) or visiting. Straight A* at I/GCSE and all A on first year maths modules.
I teach primarily secondary school and sixth from student maths. I would generally ask the student what they would like to get out of the tutoring sessions. From there I would either teach the fundamental background theory or guide students through exam style questions depending on what I thought was needed.
I can give lessons in Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Geography to GCSE students, and those studying for AS Levels and A Levels. I am also able to help with Physics and Furthers Maths to GCSE standard.
My teaching method is to help the student work through increasingly difficult problems on topics they struggle with. I will give the minimal input I can on a question so they can think of a solution by themselves. However I will not do this in a way that makes the lessons stressful, instead challenging and fulfilling for the pupil.
Depending on the tutee's position, I will often go through a specific area with them in a textbook they're using, before moving onto to applied worked examples.
I am currently studying towards my A levels in Eastleigh. I don't have a lesson plan on the first lesson, only a few tests to determine the understanding of the ones I'm tutoring in the subject area, and a talk about the student's method of studying, how I can put that into my lessons, and previous experiences from tutors.
My teaching method is inspired by the 1-1 tutoring that I have received. I go through problems with the student to explore and improve their thinking so that they are better equipped to engage with not only the specific problem but also mathematical problems more generally . This is focused on the individual student and can be adapted to personal learning styles.
Current teacher in top state Sixth Form College with a Masters in Maths Education available for A level tuition. With a wealth of experience, I will know what will help you best to gain the confidence necessary to pass your exams.
I am passionate about the value of education but more so about encouraging curiosity and inquisitiveness in young students. I believe this helps them develop the right mindset towards learning. Can use any method the student prefers such as visual learning with the help of diagrams and real world applications, or more theoretic and mathematical methods.
My teaching will always be adapted to how you learn best, and I will always aim for us both to enjoy the lesson! I take into account your existing knowledge, your levels of confidence and enthusiasm in the subject, and your goal - whether that is exam grade based or otherwise. I encourage learning through investigation, application of ideas and problem solving.
I try to keep things simple! I feel if the concept is clear, there is no need to cram and that's what I try from day1. If the WHY is clear then WHEN to use a particular concept, automatically becomes easy.
