My teaching method is to firstly identify the areas that the student finds most difficult. For example, in mathematics, if vectors was a topic the student was struggling with, I would go over (with an understanding and friendly approach) the content again and set weekly problem sheets on this so that the student becomes more and more confident on the topic.
I structure all my lessons to the individual student, I plan around each students, needs, ability and capability, with the aim to achieve and get more confident in all lessons, with me and at school, no pressure is used, just fun. I use a mixture of games and worksheets to make learning interesting and fun. I have SEN experience and welcome anybody with SEN.
I am a Student starting my GCSEs and looking for the experience of teaching. My methods will contain me: - Walking through and showing you how to do anything you don't know or are confused about.
I approach each topic systematically to ensure that everything is understood. This means that the application of each topic is easy.

Teaching is my hobby and It is my goal to become a Professor in Future because I take interest in teaching. My goal is to teach students using examples of new gadgets and invention. I tutored for more than 10 years in an education centre in London. I tutored groups and we covered different subjects a week. I found that within a group it is more effective to focus on topics. With one to one, I’m open to tailoring lessons to suit the student.
Small group and private tuition means that I can easily identify the gaps in your learning that we need to cover. Progress during tuition sessions can therefore be quite rapid. I use real-life examples and problems wherever possible, to make the maths come alive and give easy ways to remember topics.
I am a sixth form student currently completing my A-levels and I will be able to provide Maths tutoring to those in GCSE years and younger. I will have a friendly approach because I am not a boring teacher in a classroom.
Mathematics in particular is often taught as a series of methods and facts to be remembered; nothing could be further from the truth. I work with my tutees to make maths accessible at their level, and to help them appreciate the beauty of mathematics as a language for the world around us. My focus is on increasing confidence through increasing understanding of the subject matter.
I have taught 5 students. One in health and social care, 2 at gcse English and one at gcse maths. All of which have passed their exams. I am fun, fair and patient and try my best to look at things in different ways and try to simplify things. I try my best to turn maths into real life situations it makes learning maths more acceptable if children can see where they will use it in the futures.
I am currently pursuing MBA and willing to teach algebra, geometry, and trigonometry to the middle to high school students. Learn most lucid techniques to understand the logic behind solving problems. All you need is to ask me as many times as you want, as making you understand the logic is my test.
I try to make the sessions as enjoyable as possible, relating learning back to real life situations. Resources and methods used follow standard teaching practice, from concrete to abstract. I am a secondary trained teacher with a current primary position, therefore I am able to adapt my teaching to suit the age and needs of my student.
I teach through problem-solving. When you are stuck or uncertain I take you through the key concepts and open your eyes to techniques, shortcuts and applications that will help you answer questions efficiently and accurately. Working with me helps you build up a portfolio of exam-style solutions and facts sheets. I work with AQA, EDEXCEL and OCR resources.
My teaching will always be adapted to how you learn best, and I will always aim for us both to enjoy the lesson! I take into account your existing knowledge, your levels of confidence and enthusiasm in the subject, and your goal - whether that is exam grade based or otherwise. I encourage learning through investigation, application of ideas and problem solving.
I approach each lesson with an understanding of which topics are usually ones that students find difficult. Speaking to the student to find their areas for development and which subjects they are comfortable with. Reviewing completed old exam papers to fully identify which areas to work on.
During school I struggled to learn the way that we were taught, and how frustrating this can be, so I understand that it is vitally important to tailor how I approach my teaching to the individual person (s), and the importance of encouraging logical, independent thinking.
My name is Rosie Yarrow. I will give lesson to anyone from KS1 to A level. I believe that everyone has the ability to understand and enjoy mathematics. I will work with you/your child during sessions on anything you would like me to. I can work from a syllabus or target specific areas.

I always aim to digest complex materials and deliver in an understandable yet mind triggering way to allow students best appreciate the subject and strive for more knowledge regarding the topic. I use different learning contents in my lessons to suite students with different learning styles, e.g.
My aim is to help students understand the various aspects of the subject, so as to fully understand what is required of them.
I would approach topics that are being struggled in as well as keeping confidence in topics being done well.
