My teaching method is goal-oriented and aimed at improving intrinsic motivation of my students. I base my tutoring on Bloom's Taxonomy - to classify learning objectives and goals. I believe a student learns best when facilitated with the right questions and when autonomy is passed on to them. I very much use a shared decision making strategy for approaching a problem and problem-solving.

I teach base on individual requirements, either by subject basis or base on clinical scenarios, this can be discuss, prior to commence of any classes
Hello, I am Hesbon Okemwa, a university nursing student. I have conducted health-related courses on a number of platforms. Most specifically, I conduct online lessons where I tutor students from across the globe. Apart from demystifying nursing, I have helped students boost their writing skills. I have helped students proofread, edit and format their papers in the required standards.
I like to teach one-on-one or in small groups. I like to be as interactive as possible. Learning through diagrams, drawings and interactive presentations.
I offer years of experience and knowledge of life skills. This includes experience with variety of nursing tasks working with a variety of conditions.
As a trainee doctor, a great emphasis is placed on being effective at teaching which is a skill that I have honed over the years. Personally, I see an effective teacher as an individual who can adapt to each students needs through assessing understanding and altering their teaching methods.
Main teaching method is understanding how you best revise, introducing you to new techiques and mainly focusing on your weaknesses whilst enhancing your strengths! It's all about gaining maximum marks!
Knowing what to study is a challenge in medical school. I help students pick out high yield knowledge from the vast ocean of medical information by using the right references and understanding biological and physiological concepts before memorizing university notes.
My teaching method is very much student driven. What area of Nursing/Health is giving you trouble, what level of knowledge do you currently require and how best do you learn and understand new information. I take all of these factors and more into account when developing a session for you.
I adopt the evidence-based approach to discuss clinically important and practically useful findings in disciplinary areas of medicine and nutrition science using case challenges and scenarios to help students develop skills of critical decision-making and reflective thinking. This integrates lectures, case-based discussions, portfolios, individual reports, and group joint activity reports.

I can teach students starting their clinical placements.
I'm a final year medical student based in London. I understand that applications to study medicine and the course itself can at times be very challenging but can help to make the process less stressful by being available to tutor. I love teaching others and adapt a specific approach, based on the individual student's needs to develop the best possible outcome.
My teaching methodology is not much complicate. I always try to convey the topic from its basic concept to the extent it is required. I mostly use the terminology which can be understood by all students of various calibers and vocabularies. I tend to start my explaination with the title and then continue the same pace up to the conclusion, explaining each terminology clearly.
I generally support positive reinforcement and take the time to slowly and effectively explain challenging concepts. I act as a mentor and let students reach out to me if they have trouble with their studies even outside of class.
