I want to encourage my students to ask questions, including the ones that they feel they should already know the answers to. I am patient, knowing that success and failure are both important parts of the learning process.
Hi, I'm Ben, I finished top of my year in the Natural Sciences Tripos at the University of Cambridge, before obtaining a first class Master`s in Geological Sciences. I believe that one on one teaching can accelerate the development of a young person`s brain to such an extent that it can change their life for the better, for good, rather than solely allowing them to pass a forthcoming exam.
I approach every topic with practical understanding rather than theoretical lectures that more often than not bore you out, reducing your efficiency.
I offer flexible, stimulating tuition catering for the student's individual needs.I will first examine you through a test and verbal communication to know where you need assisstance. This will enable me provide the best support to enhance your learning.
I take A-level maths, physics and Music Technology. I am available to teach to GCSE level or below. I am also at grade 8 standard on piano and am willing to teach beginners. I am a sergeant in the army cadets and have been on many leadership and teaching courses. I aim to make every lesson informative but fun and interesting, using the structures I have been taught on courses.
I am an Aeronautical Engineering Graduate from University of Glasgow. I have gained sufficient amount of knowledge about Maths and Physics throughout my degree. I believe I can make use of my knowledge to teach young students from secondary schools. My method is simply make young students understand the basic knowledge behind any problem before they attempt to solve it.
My teaching method will be one on one focusing in the main areas you want to improve, not only providing theoretical knowledge, but also practical for better understanding of the subject. I am based in Cranfield, but I can travel to Milton Keynes, Bedford or surrounding areas.
I am teaching GCSE and A level Physics students and my lessons generally last for an 1.5 hours. My approach is to spend 70% of the lesson explaining a particular topic and the remaining time guiding the student in completing exercises (generally past paper exercises).
The key points are: -meeting the student in order to clarify both the situation and needs -creating an agreed learning schedule for the future -meeting the student as frequently as needed -feedbacking and checking the progress at every lesson If needed, I’m happy to move to the student’s house. Don’t hesitate to ask for it.
I am doctoral researcher in Aerospace. I offer tuitions in maths and physical sciences at any level. I like to make math and the subjects fun by directing students in a journey of self discovery. I also offer complete structured courses as well.
My name is Nathan, I am a sixth form student currently studying physics, ICT and business studies for my A-levels. I will try to cater the lessons for the student's needs, accessing them to see where their weak spots are and help fill the gaps in their knowledge through a series lessons designed for the student.
Currently pursuing PhD. in Aerospace Propulsion at Cranfield University. I have completed my BEng. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire UK and my MSc. in Aerospace Propulsion from Cranfield University UK with first class honours. I am a gold medalist in mathematics at the International Mathematics Olympiad with my global ranking being 192.
Hi, I'm 17 years old and currently studying my first year at sixth form. I take Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry A Levels all which I am rather passionate about. As your personal tutor, I will tailor the lessons to your liking, going over GCSE info, key fundamental ideas and practise questions until you're able to do them with your eyes closed...
I give lessons to students in secondary education and/or studying for GCSEs. Lessons plans can be tailored for the individual student (or students) to ensure they understand topics to their absolute best, as everyone learns in a different way and at a different rate.
I've always been one to help out in classes and good at getting to the root of understanding these subjects. I've always been interested in teaching and as my parents are both teachers have been exposed to it my whole life, and want to try and help others improve in a subject I'm really passionate about.
My teaching method is interactive with clips and facts because is more easy to understand if you will see the exactly the help of the physics, also with some maths but I like everybody to discover alone, only when somebody is stuck I want to make everything very clear.
i am good teacher , i am passionate to teach computer networking and virtualization
My approach is mainly applied. My mantra is if I can’t think of a real world example. Why Ami bothering to teach it.
I recognize the potential in each one of my students. With a customizable approach, I have seen my local clients’ test scores and grades fall & rise. I’m a patient, adaptable, and professional Science & Math tutor ready to help you reach your goals. I teach Science and Maths to secondary and undergraduate students.
My style involves first deeply understanding the theory behind concepts, and then putting it into practice. I put an emphasis on problem solving and being able to adapt to different question styles. I am flexible and can easily adjust my teaching methods to suit your needs.
I am happy to give one on one lessons online or in person. I normally would meet up with you and discuss what you're looking to gain then will set rough lesson plans accordingly. This could be revision of content, exam paper preparation, you bringing questions or combinations of the above.
I tutor in the Sciences and Mathematics from GCSE to A-Level, and also to University level in Physics.
I am a qualified teacher and have been teaching in local schools and colleges from the last fifteen years. I also worked as a Science lecturer at Milton Keynes College and at BUTC college where I used a range of strategies that helped my students to achieve 100 % results in their core subjects. Additionally, I worked with children with special needs.
I make sure that students understand the fundamentals of key concepts before endeavouring into the main aspects. I like to create a fun but constructive lesson for students mainly aiming at aspects they struggle with. Also I set goals and challenges for students that I help them pursue to achieve.
I am very adaptable, catering to the students style, I like to base my lessons around exam questions to teach students as these give the students an idea of what the exam will be like.
I prefer a one to one session with my students. This gives me more time to understand what the weaknesses are in a student and help eliminate them. In addition, I prefer structured sessions in which each student either reads beforehand or we can select a topic and start from basics.
My teaching methods is going step by step through a topic and then reinforcing the knowledge and methods learnt by going through exam questions together.
Hello, I am a current Mechanical Engineering student! The listed three subjects will be taught in the most efficient, effective and fastest ways, up to GSCE Level. My strategy will be to fully understand the student's syllabus and the topics which they struggle with, and the best way to maximise their marks.
My teaching method is to first master the content and to ensure every topic is fully understood before moving on. I would make sure I explain everything in a way that suits the learner for example visual learners prefer images and diagrams to aid their learning. After this practise questions would be done to learn how to apply the content learned.
I achieved A's in all six of my maths AS levels, which is the highest grade you can get at that level. I am predicted to get A*A*A in maths, physics and further maths respectively for A-levels and I have offers to do physics at top Russell Group universities. Students will receive help with their studies mostly targeted at their weaknesses and doing a lot of questions.
