My approach is mainly applied. My mantra is if I can’t think of a real world example. Why Ami bothering to teach it.
Offshore and Ocean technology (MSc), Mechanical Engineering (BEng), Doctoral Research Candidate. I teach Mathematics, Physics and Technical Drawing at Primary, Secondary, GCSE, and A-levels.
My approach is simple but deep to the subjects with more real-world examples and exercises.
During the first lesson I create a baseline to identify the student's academic level and learning difficulties - if any. This is done during a conversation with the student. I never judge a student and my goal is to build up the student's confidence so that he or she will not only be able to pass his/hers next exam but will also find it easier to learn new subjects.
I prefer a one to one session with my students. This gives me more time to understand what the weaknesses are in a student and help eliminate them. In addition, I prefer structured sessions in which each student either reads beforehand or we can select a topic and start from basics.
My style involves first deeply understanding the theory behind concepts, and then putting it into practice. I put an emphasis on problem solving and being able to adapt to different question styles. I am flexible and can easily adjust my teaching methods to suit your needs.
1-on-1 tutoring sessions to help individuals focus. Familiar with A-Levels Science and Mathematics modules. Unique approaches to solve problems and detailed deconstruction of modules to help assimilate the concepts better. Proficient in mechanical and aerospace engineering subjects.

Students will receive help with their studies mostly targeted at their weaknesses and doing a lot of questions.

A good teacher maximises their students potential by adapting their teaching style to match each students individual way of learning. The key points are: -meeting the student in order to clarify both the situation and needs -creating an agreed learning schedule for the future -meeting the student as frequently as needed -feedbacking and checking the progress at every lesson If needed, I’m happy to move to the student’s house. Don’t hesitate to ask for it.
I offer support to help your children make progress and overcome its difficulty in certains areas. My objective is to help your children to obtain better grades, but also to have a great time learning and become more interested. School is sometime hard, we don't understand why we're there. But what's is sometime missing is a passionate teacher which can fascinate us and motivate us learning.
