Lessons are often research based to allow you to become independent in your own learning, and I believe that practical opportunities are paramount.
I work on a "find fault and fix" methodology after the learner has completed a Initial and diagnostic assessment. Working at my current school, I have developed the ability to create individual lesson plans which are directed at each of my pupils needs, ensuring their individual needs are met as well making them fun and engaging. However based on the needs of each child, the lesson strategy may differ- e.g.
