Hi, this is Divya Dogga.I'm a Holistic Wellness Coach and a research enthusiast. I have done my master's in Yogic Sciences (Health and Wellness), Certification in Human Development and Counselling~ Vedic and Modern Perspective, Certification in Acupressure Reflexology
My teaching methodology: At first I like to understand a person through the physiological, psychological and ayurvedic perspectives. The modules consist of Yogic Counselling, Life style modifications, personalised Yoga modules and Pranayama routine, body Awareness and Diet for body and mind.
