I am a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer and Level 2 Gym Instructor with a strong passion for fitness, coaching and helping people achieve their goals. My background in football, boxing and sprinting has developed my discipline, determination and understanding of athletic performance. I am knowledgeable in strength training, functional fitness and exercise programming, and I aim to create personalised, effective training sessions. My goal is to help clients build strength, improve fitness and develop confidence through safe, structured and motivating coaching.
