I have 11 years of experience in elementary schools being a first-grade teacher, computer teacher, and RTI interventionist. I also have 3 years of experience working in a high school with teaching life skills and coaching students with working skills. My teaching method is based on personalized learning. I understand that not all students learn or comprehend on the same level. I want to emphasize thinking and self-management skills. The student will learn how to use critical thinking, creativity, and innovation. They will also focus on their organization and how to be effective and creative.
