About Lorna mae
I have always been passionate about helping students find their own way of learning and unleash those potentials in a creative and innovative manner. I do not want to monopolize class discussions so I would also encourage students to speak up because I believe students can also have their own thoughts and ideas that may add to a more meaningful reflection about the concepts learned.

I graduated Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Social Studies. I took Accountancy prior to my teacher education so I had more confidence teaching Economics as part of the Social Sciences. I finished Master of Arts in Educational Management and then I got my Postgraduate diploma for Culture Education.
I would always try to establish rapport with my students and find topics they can relate to and encourage students to discover for themselves meaningful concepts and ideas from the class discussions. I would also employ Inquiry-based learning so students can work on a topic in a constructive way.
