About Jaya
I am Jaya V, had worked in corporate MNCs for 14 years and have done my Masters in Psychology. I have been practising Yoga for more than 23 years and have moulded and shown a new lifestyle to a lot of teens and adults. I belief in discipline and am passionate towards any work I undertake. People call me a ‘Pro’ when they see my work in any of the fields I work for be it Yoga, content writing, MIS reports or therapies.

I teach Ashtanga Yoga which includes Asanas, Pranayamas and Meditation. My teaching insists on how to work on body and mind, so the rest will fall in place. My class gives a learning that happiness, weight loss, positive thinking are all byproduct’s of learning and practising Yoga and no need to chase behind it. The classes are intended for Ladies and children.
