About Carol
I’m a specialist literacy tutor and children’s life skills coach with over 12 years' experience in primary intervention.
I work face-to-face across the South London area helping children who struggle with reading and writing. Additionally, I also help to build their confidence through GROW model coaching.
I specifically enjoy working with parents who want a holistic approach, not just exam prep!

Working with primary-aged children to close literacy gaps and build reading confidence. I use a multi sensory approach that supports them with phonics, spelling activities and writing. The reading sessions model good reading behaviours that help children to develop and improve their reading comprehension skills and expand their vocabulary.
I also use GROW model coaching to help children build real-life skills such as self-belief, self-awareness, and active listening,
