I am practicing yoga for last 7 years. This is a journey from being unaware of life to be with life and then it never occurred to me when to be joyful. With grace life happens naturally you just need to be with the cosmos to experience grace.

I will make you experience yoga. Yoga is not making yourself elastic band or air balloon.
Its transformation from being unaware to aware of your consciousness.
A 1:30 hr session will consist of Sukshma Kriya+ Pran Kriya+ Meditation and teachings on how to become more close to life.
