About Tahyat
I’m a committed and patient tutor who focuses on helping students feel confident and in control of their learning. With strong A-Level Maths results and experience teaching through outreach programmes, I’m used to explaining ideas clearly and adapting to different learning styles. I take a structured, supportive approach so students always know what we’re working on and why. My goal is to make GCSE Maths feel manageable, build real understanding, and help every student make steady, meaningful progress.

I keep my lessons simple, structured, and focused on building confidence. I start by identifying exactly where the student is struggling, then break topics down into clear steps with lots of guided practice. A typical lesson is 60 minutes and includes explanation, worked examples, and exam-style questions. I’m a university law student with strong A-Level Maths results and experience teaching through outreach programmes, so I’m used to explaining ideas clearly and adapting to different learning styles. My lessons are ideal for GCSE Maths students who want steady progress, clearer understanding, and support that fits their pace.

I’ve known Tahyat for a while now, and they’re the kind of person who explains things clearly without ever making you feel stupid. They’re patient, reliable, and genuinely want people to understand what they’re learning. If you’re looking for someone who’s easy to talk to and actually cares about helping you improve, I’d definitely recommend them.
