London-based first-class History graduate wanting to help anyone struggling with written or verbal communication.

Methodology

My name is Beth and I'm living and working in London after graduating from Newcastle University with a First-class in History. I want to help anyone struggling with either written or spoken communication. I find teaching works best when I can understand the person, what motivates them, and where their doubts lie. I apply basic acting techniques, breathing exercises, and interactive media to create fun and engaging lessons suited to your needs.

Experience

From 2013-15, I taught a class of teenage children acting, which was hugely rewarding (and fun!). I have never tutored one-on-one, but I often help friends with their Uni essays or CV applications - I'm kind of the go-to grammar girl! I'm very easy to speak to, and will work with you by understanding you as a person to better-cater my teaching methods to fit your style.
