Running is my drug. Fitness is my passion. Strong and mental health resonates in me. I know the struggles of discipline, fueling your body properly, aiming for the right training times, proper recovery, good stretching, and overall implementing running into my life for the greater good. After having recurring knee and pelvic injuries, I stepped up, got trained by my aunt - who I can't thank enough, how to train properly.
