I have been life coaching for three years upon request during certain times in one's life as well as the two long term people that I have that just want me to stick around to be their backbone in times of need. I will teach you to set, manage, and achieve goals. I will teach you to handle stress. I will teach you how to love yourself. I am willing to help people of all ages.
