I like to understand who my students are, and what goal they want to achieve with practice. The classes are designed to meet the personal needs of each one. Be it physical, mental or relaxation. I lived for a few months in India, where I did my yoga and massage training, and also in Thailand.

For 15 years of my life, I dedicate myself to the practice of yoga, sports, dancing, and the development of my body. I did a ten-day immersion in a meditation course in Thailand, I spent two months in India studying and practicing yoga and ayurveda. I am a lover of well-being, natural things and development of my body, mind and spirit.
