Each lesson lasts 50 min enabling time for reviewing your session and planning next steps. I use weights, bodyweight, cardio and Pilates techniques in a holistic approach to help you achieve your goal in a safe and healthy way, avoiding injuries and making progress with accountability on each set of your training. From beginners looking for a better understanding in training, use of machines and training techniques to individuals at an advanced level looking to exceed their results, I am able to help you in each stage to achieve your goal.
