About Ammaar
As someone who found their own martial way turning and tumbling here and there, I have exactly the experience to take any individual on their path to self-discovery in their martial and self-defense journey, while taking a considerable cut in time. Due to having had the experience, and having taught different kinds and levels of people. Classes are fun and engaging, and at the same time goal-oriented. There's no one single curriculum that works for everyone, so each student gets their own personalized curriculum.

My ideology and approach to training is one of self discovery. I give my students what they need to navigate their path. I help them to find their path, let them walk their path. But also be just around to help out when they NEED it.
Classes take an hour on average. An hour and a half at most. So the students don't reach saturation point.
A kukkiwon certified Taekwondo black belt, with over 20 years of practice experience in the art. As well as years of practice in other striking and grappling arts.
We have experience in teaching different age grades, so our classes cater for everyone as the curriculum of each student would be designed based on the needs and realities of each individual student.
