About Lucas
I have been a martial arts student and lover since I was little. I started Judo with the age of 7 and for 5 years I practiced it and participated in various competitions, including regional ones. I practiced (and still practice) Thai Boxing for 4 years under the guidance of the teacher Remo Fontana, founder of the "Thai Boxing School" which in 2005 was the number 1 gym in Turin, famous for having introduced the art to many champions such as for example: Paolo Lai, former European champion; Mathias Cassarino, former World Champion. Finally, I also took a 1 year break while doing Thai Boxing to practice traditional Boxing.

My teaching method is based on demonstrating, repeating and applying the techniques the student wants or needs to learn. The lessons are aimed at those who do not have much experience in combat sports and would like to learn to defend themselves, feel safer in the face of tense situations and improve their own self-esteem.
