About Hong
Hi everyone! I’m Teacher Hong, a private tutor with over 15 years of experience, and I specialize in helping international school students build confidence and achieve academic success. I hold a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), and I’ve worked with students from various backgrounds — including those studying in IGCSE, international curriculums, or bilingual environments. As a tutor — and also a mother of three — I believe in patient, personalized teaching that matches each student’s pace, personality, and needs. I help students who are shy, struggling, or unsure of themselves grow into motivated, independent learners.
