About Daisy
I completed my B.S. in health science with a minor in psychology at Boston University. I continued my education at BU, earning an M.S. in biology with a concentration in neurobiology. For my graduate research, I studied Alzheimer's disease and published a thesis on my work. Today, I work as a neurology research assistant at Beth Israel Hospital in a lab focusing on Parkinson's disease.

I always come prepared with a plan and list of objectives so you know what to expect from the sessions, and I love using metaphors to break down concepts that are difficult to grasp. A typical lesson plan will be focused on a particular cellular system or idea, as opposed to being overwhelmed by the nuances of a very complex subject. It also depends on what your own goals are. When you provide them for me, I'll take it from there. Lessons are open to any degree/level of knowledge.
