About Charlotte
I'm currently finishing my MA in Modern English Literature at UCL. I graduated with a First Class BA in English (also from UCL) and have mentored around 20 students in essay writing during my time at university. I've seen my mentees consistently increase their essay marks and gain confidence in their own intellectual voice and ideas!

I have experience tutoring university students in their essays, but I'm also able to tutor GCSE and A Level students in English Language and Literature. I believe that confidence is essential to achieving academic success. Having the courage to develop and argue for your own opinion is central to standing out in assessments in English. Therefore my sessions focus on drawing out my students' individual voice and challenging them to go beyond their comfort zone to reach their full potential!
