I recently trained with VENKAT in his PERSONAL TRAINING VIRTUAL sessions for a couple of months and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. To start with him was friendly and supportive which was a great start and I really looked forward to the sessions and the fun I had there. In terms of the most important part, the training, I hadn't trained in about 6 months and was anxious about going back and regaining my strength. VENKATE helped me to build it back up in no time. The sessions were diverse, no 2 days the same and I learned loads of new cool strength exercises I had never done before which was a real buzz for me. He challenged me every week and pushed me to go as heavy as I could.

I really enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend him to anyone looking to start training.

Simply, with the help of Mr.VENKAT I achieved my goal of putting on weight, one which I have struggled with for years. With his help I have gained 13kg+ and my strength has more than doubled. I have trained with Venkat bro for a little while only but i wished i had worked out a little more time so that I could have reached my Goal easily with his help. He has every quality to be qualified as a good Trainer as he very knowledgeable and can tel you the little tricks and corrections in the form of exercises his main intention is to Train his clients in a way that they don’t need a trainer. That’s how much he shares his knowledge which no trainers does. As I personally trained with more than a couple of trainers in Delhi and in Hyderabad I would definitely recommend you to train with Venkat Bro and we can ask him any doubt at any time he always makes sure he replies with a smile.

My recommendation values the most as I knew venkat since 2011. Venkat himself was a champion in body building. His ethics, body language, way of observation, motivational skills are at a very high level. He used to top the class and he is the king in Mathematics. He is too friendly and you can express your view openly with him. He is a linguist. I have tried various gyms and training classes over the years for my body transformation, but VENKAT as a personal trainer than a good friend is by far the best one yet.
The classes are always different and very challenging but they are rewarding and are very effective.

I started personal training with VENKAT in September,during PANDEMIC. I had been contemplating for quite a while about working out. My biggest problem is not being able to motivate myself. My worst nightmare is to join a gym and workout alone.

I came to Venkat over a year ago after a period of illness, I was totally out of shape, had poor balance and I was weak with ACL knee,PELVIC FLOOR hip, back(L3,L4,L5) problems.
Now, I love going to the gym, I'm rarely in any pain, my posture has improved. I have clearly built muscle, increased balance, coordination and flexibility, and with VENKAT's continued guidance and encouragment I can challenge myself to lift heavier, get fitter and I'm often surprised with what I can now do.
