About Anna
Mathematics tutor with 4 years of experience teaching high school and early college students. Have taught around 180 students, helping many achieve top scores in board exams and entrance tests. I make math approachable through step-by-step explanations and regular practice. I also provide extra worksheets and quick revision notes for each chapter. I am patient and believe that consistent practice is the key to success in mathematics. I adjust my teaching speed based on your comfort level and ensure that no topic is left unclear. Many of my students have told me that they started enjoying math after joining my sessions. I also provide tips on how to avoid common mistakes in exams. My teaching approach for Mathematics is built on pattern recognition and logical sequencing. I use case studies from real life, like calculating interest rates, population growth, or motion graphs, to show how math is used outside textbooks. I provide detailed notes, formula charts, and practice problems for each topic. I assign homework that balances between routine practice and challenging problems. I also conduct weekly review sessions to reinforce concepts and clear doubts. For students who struggle with calculus, I use step-by-step derivations and plenty of numerical examples to build confidence. I also create customised revision plans before exams to ensure you cover all important topics thoroughly. My goal is to make you confident and independent in solving math problems.
