About Marie
I am about to finish an MSc in Astrophysics at University College London and previously completed a BSc in Mathematics at King's College London. I studied a variety of subjects, ranging from topics in pure maths such as algebra, geometry and analysis, as well as topics in applied maths and physics, where I particularly enjoyed studying quantum mechanics, quantum field theory and general relativity. These subjects draw heavily from basic maths principles, and I always enjoy finding the connections between maths and physics.

I am passionate about both maths and physics and believe that everyone can reach a high level in both subjects, in each their own way. Everyone has a different way of learning and I do not think there is one correct way of teaching to force on anyone. Learning anything requires patience and commitment, and I will always strive to do the best I can to tailor classes to a student's goals and their own relationship with learning, without compromising on the teaching.
