About Muhammad
Hi, my name is Muhammad Junaid. I am from Pakistan and am currently studying in Canada.
I was never particularly fond of math until the seventh grade, when I met my favorite teacher, who taught me math in such a way that I fell in love with it.
I went to math competitions in grades 7 & 8 like a kangaroo in Pakistan, which got me to top3 in my city both years which then escalated my love for maths till grade 12 which was 1 year ago but I got A+ all my math exams in IGCSE and As level. Math is still my subject now that I am a student at a Canadian university.
I know people may say I had a talent for math or say it was easy for me, but no, it was not because, before 7th grade, I hated math like others and my head hurt whenever I thought of math terms. But after I met the tutor, my life changed, and that kind of teaching is what I am inspired to teach my students, who are still stuck in a similar situation to mine.
I taught some students in grades 2-6 during my grade 11 and 12 years of volunteering, giving me two years of experience with small students.

I teach the students in a manner that involves not just memorizing math but actually learning math from the heart, which the students will enjoy.
- A typical lesson plan
My plans for lectures are dependent on the free time I have and the students' free time. But I plan to do study hours at least twice a week (it all depends on the pricing).
- What sets you apart as a tutor
As a student, I know what other students might be facing, as I also went through the same situation. Some students may hate math and may also get headaches just by listening to math terms, and the other tutor may just try their best to make the student memorize the math, which is not a great way of teaching, as I have been there. I will teach the students not as a tutor but as a best friend who can make them fall in love with math.
- Who is the lesson intended for (degree, level, class, specifics, etc.)
My classes will be for 1–8 graders, who will give me a chance to focus on the basics of the student in the early stages.
I can also teach 9th and 11th graders, depending on their fundamental understanding of each math concept.
I can do algebra 1 and 2, trigonometry, matrices, sets, graphs, linear equations, and other topics. (Please let me know what topic you need assistance with.)
