Matwork qualified Pilates teacher with over 10 years' experience. Matwork Pilates does not require any large equipment, just an exercise mat. Fun exercises which are based using only the body weight.

About Celisa
I have been practising Pilates for 20 years and teaching for at least 10 years. I believe consistency is key and I enjoy making my clients commit to their exercise routine, so they can feel and look good. If you want to keep in shape and bring Pilates exercises with you anywhere you go, please get in touch! Currently working with Online Clients only.

My method is simple to understand and I apply my skills as a life coach to motivate clients to get results. The classes are based on classic Matwork Pilates and exercises are performed without a large set of equipment, using only body strength and body weight to perform them, occasionally using small equipment. All exercises are corrected, so their execution is accurate, thus attaining the best results!
