I’ve been very fond of words for as long as I can remember. My goal on this platform, through writing exercises, reading, and thoughtful dialogue , is to pass on this same fondness to those I get to work with. It is my pleasure to assist you in finding and developing your creative voice.

I believe that it is important to have rules and restrictions when embarking on a creative endeavour. We actually become better at coming up with ideas when faced with constraints. My approach to bringing out novel ideas from my students is providing them with many different writing prompts containing various constraints. We then work to polish and develop the pieces that hold promise.
I earned my English degree from McGill and I have participated in many spoken word and written poetry competitions.
I have the most experience helping students in middle school and high school to find their creative voice.
