My teaching will be mainly focused on the people with above 8 Years of age. I can able to handle beginners and also people practicing Yoga. My teaching methodology will be, Upasanas (Warm-Up's) --> Asana --> Pranayama --> Meditation & Moral Motivation.

Perfect! Ms. Haritha is a very good and skilled yoga instructor. She teaches difficult asanas very easy. My body had become very tight due to gym, but my body is becoming flexible due to the yoga practice done by Ms.Haritha, apart from this I am getting many more benefits.
