I am a medical student and public health enthusiast. I have been researching on holistic medicine for years. I focus on health awareness and preventive medicine during my campaigns especially in underserved communities where healthcare is expensive and not optimal. I have been in advisory roles for many individuals and my expertise range from natural skincare to healthy eating to maintaining a healthy outlook on life.

I base my classes on practical scenarios as health is a very relate topic especially the matters of healthy eating. I wouldn't buy you with all the medical theories but I would give you a scope to understand health from the physician's point and from a preventive approach.
