I have been an academic tutor for the past two years, working with children in the age range of 6-17. I achieved all A*/9's at GCSE and all A*'s at A level, where I studied English literature, Biology and Chemistry at A level and Maths to an AS.

I tend to spend the first lesson going through a relevant paper with the student and then reviewing the subject areas that they are struggling with. I prefer an interactive style of teaching, where I will work through questions with the student to discover the way that they are formulating answers and therefore help them to learn to approach questions in the correct way.
