About Adam
I started giving at-home lessons this year to National 5 students covering maths, chemistry and biology while assisting people within my year to study their higher maths and chemistry. I am quite new to tutoring, however, I have spent a lot of time learning how to lesson plan and what are the best methods of teaching for my pupils to achieve their best results in exams by asking teachers, researching online and asking my pupils how they felt was the best and most effective way to learn.

I am a Chemistry student in Glasgow and have just left high school. I studied maths and chemistry all the way through from National 5 to Advanced higher. In my lessons I will identify weaker areas that require more attention and consistently try to improve them by teaching them in further details and giving extra practice. As well as bringing up the stronger areas too. Also, I will frequently use past paper examples to familiarise the students with the final paper they will sit.

Having failed both Higher Maths and Chemistry in S5 I required an A and a B in them to qualify for University. Throughout S6 I looked to Adam for advice on exam technique and revision materials.
