About Aastha
Namaste, and welcome to my profile!
I'm Dr. Aastha Khera, a doctoral-degree holder, currently teaching at the university level. Meditation has been a part of my personal life for over a decade, long before I began teaching it — it's a practice I continue to deepen every single day.
I am an avid reader and inquisitor of spirituality. I believe that efforts are required to balance the masculine and feminine aspects so as to realize the true self.
I know how to listen carefully, explain clearly, and adapt to how you learn best. Whether you're completely new to meditation or have tried it before without much success, I'll meet you where you are and build a practice that actually fits your life.
Meditation is much more than managing stress, sleeping better, improving focus, or simply feeling calmer and more in control of your thoughts, I'm here to guide you with patience, structure, and genuine care.
I offer a free first session so we can get to know each other and ensure this is the right fit for you — no pressure, just a conversation. Always remember whosoever is best for you, Universe will make you connect with them

My sessions are conversational and experiential: we talk, we practice together, and we discuss what came up for you. There's no "right" way to feel during meditation, and a big part of my role is helping you understand your own experience without judgment.
Meditation is about the realization of the self; being in love with the existence. It is all about living in the now, experiencing the present. It is best learned through practice, reflection, and gentle guidance rather than lectures alone.
Techniques are tailored accordingly to one's approach like catharsis, breath awareness, body-scanning, mindfulness of thoughts, and simple visualization practices. I give equal importance to both mind and body so as to balance masculine and feminine energy.
A first session usually starts with a conversation — what's bringing you to meditation, what you've tried before (if anything), and what a "good outcome" would look like for you. Surrendering to the divine is the key in my sessions. I offer the first session free so we can understand your goals and see if we're a good fit — no pressure, just a conversation.
