About Maci
I work one-on-one with people all day, specializing in trauma, emotion regulation, ADHD, and a lot of different things. I love serving as any kind of mentor for young adults/older adolescents; I love to be who I needed at that age. I work with a select few 16-21 year olds in my private practice, and it's truly a passion. I also know how nobody takes ADHD seriously, and I am dedicated as a support for anyone struggling with this. It can truly be debilitating, and through English, writing, exploring literature, you will learn more about yourself and how to effectivelycommunicate than you'd ever imagine. I understand the struggle of time management, but I have tools I use that I will pass to you. I walk a fine line of professional and hype-woman; I do a really good job at that balance as well. We will have fun, get deep (if you want), and guaranteed to pass any literature, English, or grammar related assignments.

Different from any school, class, or tutors; treatment plans are an everyday part of my job; I know the importance of ACTUAL personalized learning. Struggles with ADHD? I can help you unlock your superpower there; we are all brilliant somehow. The current school systems don't foster hope or success for "neurodivergent" students who simply need something different, something more, to remain interested. I want to help you not only pass, but perhaps develop a love for writing of any kind, as it's very useful for managing emotions and outbursts. Also, I won't get irritated if we get off track; that happens to be my daily struggle! I can show you how to get around that, and you'll never get anything but compassion, empathy, and validation from me. Judgment has no place in my space.
