I am trained in Hatha yoga & in Himalayan Yoga, my teaching method is personalized, I basically deals with Individual requirements, as per clients needs I structure my classes, my classes usually consists of asanas, chanting, pranayama, counseling, journaling, meditation, reiki healing, crystal healing, nutrition guidance, releasing the emotional trauma through different healing modalities like Emotional freedom technique and much more.
