About Derick
I am a mid level software engineer with over 5+ years of industry experience. I am passionate about clean code and enjoy collaborating and growing with others in the field. I taught coding for about 2 years and really enjoyed sharing the knowledge and helping people who were trying to jumpstart their engineering career and learn the basics. I currently work at Ramsey Solutions and enjoy doing work that matters as I contribute to an agile team and support Real Estate coaches. When I’m not coding, you might catch me rockin out with my band, DJ-ing a wedding, exploring downtown Nashville, or going on a scenic hike somewhere enjoying nature.
