"Silence begins our practice together. Deep breathing is the foundation of every movement we perform.
Hatha fundamentals ensure that your body feels supported throughout the session. We incorporate warm-up sequencing to prepare your muscles for the work ahead. Safe backbends and core strength exercises occupy the central portion of our time.
I monitor your alignment to ensure comfort at every stage. Beginners often find that the 11 years I have spent teaching help me anticipate their physical needs perfectly. You receive a weekly home-practice plan with check-ins to keep your progress moving forward.
Sleep-focused learners often find these rituals incredibly soothing. Seeing the quiet clarity that emerges at the end of a session is genuinely enjoyable."
