About Charleen
Slow movements help ground the nervous system. I hold an MA English from Georgetown University and an RYT-500 yoga certification to ensure safety for all joints.
My 9 years of teaching involve hatha fundamentals, restorative yoga, and yin poses that honor the body. I love watching students find ease in their breath. Core strength builds slowly here. Inversions are always kept beginner-safe for stability.
My focus is on mobility for stiff joints and posture correction for desk-workers. I am just here to help.
