About NIHAR MAHESH
I am Nihar Mahesh Jani, a driven and passionate Data Science and Machine Learning professional - Master's in Data Science at Monash University, Melbourne. My academic foundation is backed by strong real-world industry experience — I have led technology teams, built production-grade ML systems, and conducted published-level deep learning research.
My professional journey spans EV automation, quantitative finance, and academic research, where I have consistently applied advanced mathematics, statistical modeling, and programming to solve complex, high-stakes problems. I have worked with datasets exceeding 1TB, built real-time predictive systems, and developed quantitative trading strategies — giving me a depth of practical knowledge that goes far beyond textbooks.

My approach is simple: I teach concepts the way I wish someone had taught them to me — with clarity, real-world context, and zero jargon overload.
Every lesson begins by diagnosing exactly where the student stands, so we never waste time on what they already know. From there, I build understanding layer by layer — starting with intuition, then theory, then application through live coding or problem-solving. I don't just show you the answer; I walk you through how to think about the problem.
Having built real ML systems, processed terabytes of data, and worked in quantitative finance, I bring examples from actual industry experience into every session — not just textbook theory. This makes abstract topics like probability, linear algebra, or machine learning click in a way that classroom teaching rarely achieves.
Sessions run 60–90 minutes and are always structured around your specific goals — exam prep, university assignments, personal projects, or building skills from scratch. I share notes, resources, and practice problems after each session so progress continues between lessons.
I work with students from Year 10 through to postgraduate level, adapting my pace and depth to suit each individual. No two students learn the same way, and no two lessons are identical.
